DNSai for Excel, Power BI and Google Sheets
Load your DNSai domains, email-security posture and DNS changes into Excel or Power BI with Power Query, or into Google Sheets with a short Apps Script, and refresh them on demand or on a schedule.
What you can build
Example answers use made-up domains.
“A table of every domain with its email gateway and DMARC policy”
“A pivot of email-gateway switches this quarter”
Connect in 3 steps (about 10 minutes)
- Create a read-only, expiring API key for the workbook.
- Add a Power Query (Excel, Power BI) or Apps Script (Google Sheets) that calls the REST API.
- Refresh to pull the latest data.
Signed-in Enterprise customers get the exact click-by-click steps and ready-to-paste configuration for Excel, Power BI and Google Sheets, a one-click API key for it, and a live connection check.
Excel, Power BI and Google Sheets requirements: Excel for Windows or Mac with Power Query, Power BI Desktop, or Google Sheets. DNSai Enterprise plan.
Good for
- Weekly email-gateway share report for leadership
- A Power BI dashboard of DMARC adoption across a portfolio
- A shared sheet of DNS changes for an account team
Security
- Requests use HTTPS with an API key in the Authorization header. Give each system its own key with an expiry, and an IP allowlist for your own servers.
- Account and organization owners can make API keys and assistants read-only, so they can read your data but never change it or start scans.
- Starting a credit-spending Deep Scan always needs an estimate and your explicit confirmation.
- DNSai data comes from public DNS and web records. Your watchlists, notes and tags stay private to your account and are only shared with an AI tool you connect yourself.
Connect Excel, Power BI and Google Sheets to DNSai
The API and AI connectors are included with DNSai Enterprise plans. Every member of your organization shares one set of limits, and every call counts from the first one.
