Sign up for a free account — no credit card required. Once registered, you can immediately add up to 100 domains and start scanning. Import domains individually, paste a list, or upload a CSV file. Your first scan results usually appear within a minute or two.

No. The Free plan is completely free with no credit card required. You only need payment information if you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

DNSai supports 50+ DNS record types including A, AAAA, MX, CNAME, TXT, NS, SOA, SRV, CAA, PTR, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, DNSSEC, TLSA, and many more. All plans have access to the same record types.

Change Detection monitors your DNS records over time and alerts you when something changes. This helps you spot unauthorized modifications, track migrations, and ensure your DNS configuration stays correct. All plans include change detection.

The AI Assistant lets you ask questions about your DNS data in plain English. It can analyze your records, provide security recommendations, explain configurations, and help troubleshoot issues. The Assistant is included with every plan, and each plan comes with a monthly AI usage allowance that grows with the tier. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.

WHOIS lookups retrieve domain registration information including registrar, creation date, expiration date, and nameservers. This is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

DKIM analysis scans your domain's DKIM records to verify email authentication setup. DNSai identifies the email gateway vendors associated with your DKIM selectors, checks key strength, and flags potential security issues. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Market Intelligence is an Enterprise-only feature that provides competitive analysis based on DNS data. See which email providers, CDNs, hosting platforms, and security services your portfolio of domains uses — valuable for market research, competitive analysis, and sales intelligence.

We offer five plans: Free, Pro, Enterprise, Enterprise Max and Enterprise Max Premium. Free, Pro and Enterprise are self-serve with monthly or yearly billing; Enterprise Max and Enterprise Max Premium are quoted for your portfolio. Prices and limits change from time to time, so the pricing page is always the current reference.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your billing settings, and the change takes effect immediately. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference straight away. When moving to a lower-priced plan on the same billing interval, nothing is charged that day and your next invoice is at the new rate. Switching between monthly and yearly restarts your billing cycle and is invoiced at the time of the change, so the confirmation screen shows the exact amount before you confirm.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoicing.

Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase, but they are not guaranteed. If you have added domains, run scans or performed an export, no refund is possible: the data and intelligence have already been delivered to you. If no domains were added and no data was gathered or exported, contact us within 14 days and we will review the request. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. We use industry-standard security practices including JWT authentication, rate limiting, and strict Content Security Policies. Your domain data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

Yes. DNSai supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via authenticator apps (TOTP). You can enable 2FA from your account settings to add an extra layer of security to your account.

Yes. Enterprise plans include full API access and the MCP connector (for Claude and other AI assistants). You can programmatically manage domains, trigger scans, retrieve DNS records, and integrate DNSai into your existing workflows or AI tools. API documentation is available in your dashboard.
