Change Detection monitors your DNS records over time and alerts you when something changes. This helps you spot unauthorized modifications, track migrations, and ensure your DNS configuration stays correct. All plans include change detection.

The AI Assistant lets you ask questions about your DNS data in plain English. It can analyze your records, provide security recommendations, explain configurations, and help troubleshoot issues. Free plans include limited AI access ($1/month budget), Pro plans get $10/month, and Enterprise plans get $50/month with access to all AI models.

WHOIS lookups retrieve domain registration information including registrar, creation date, expiration date, and nameservers. This is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

DKIM analysis scans your domain's DKIM records to verify email authentication setup. DNSai identifies the email gateway vendors associated with your DKIM selectors, checks key strength, and flags potential security issues. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoicing.

Yes. If you're not satisfied with your plan, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption. We use industry-standard security practices including JWT authentication, rate limiting, and strict Content Security Policies. Your domain data is stored securely and never shared with third parties.

Yes. DNSai supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via authenticator apps (TOTP). You can enable 2FA from your account settings to add an extra layer of security to your account.

Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include full API access. You can programmatically manage domains, trigger scans, retrieve DNS records, and integrate DNSai into your existing workflows. API documentation is available in your dashboard.
